Ridgewood’s Access Committee

Meeting Minutes Sept 20^th 2018

The meeting was opened at 7:35pm.                                                                                                                                    

Present: Ines Bunza, Robin Ritter, Lori Kislevitz, Joanne Van Sant, Susan Knudsen, Deanna Schablik, Elise Merhige,
Erica Dunkley, Joanne Stolfo, Nancy Rielly, Susan Donnelly, Amy Stoller

Item 1: Welcome 
Ines welcomed everyone to the meeting.    

Item 2: Access Weekend
Committee reports were presented and accepted.

Work is in progress for Access Weekend:

• Sunday, October 14^th Interfaith Fest and Worship Service finalized
• Placemat flyer finalized, ready for printing after edits.
• Senior program finalized.
• Saturday Performances reviewed – descriptions are needed for participants that Jim can read.
• Fashion Shoe reviewed, schedule and timing confirmed. Bio descriptions are also needed for Jim.
• Project Interact volunteers sighing up – Saturday looks good, still need volunteers for Sunday at Friends to Friends Community Church.
• Sunday Interfaith “fest” finalized time frame, food and volunteers (Project Interact)
• Tables: set up and arrangement of tables was finalized.
• Food pick up, delivery and menu was finalized for both Saturday and Sunday.

Action items: There were no specific action items voted on or required from tonight’s meeting. Implementation details of the Community Access Weekend were finalized.

The Next Meeting is October 18^th, 2018 7:30 1^st Floor Senior Lounge
