Ridgewood’s Access Committee

Meeting Minutes April 19, 2108

The meeting was opened at 7:40pm.                                                                                                                                    

Present: Ines Bunza, Robin Ritter, Amy Stoller, Corinna Kotrikois, Erica Dunckley, Lori Kislevitz, Jesse Schwarzman, Jack Dean, Joanne Stolfo, MC Benintende, Joanne Van Sant

Item 1: Welcome 
Ines welcomed everyone to the meeting.    

The March meeting minutes were approved.

Item 2: Housing – there was no housing update tonight

Item 3: Employment

Bank of America – Jack Dean reported problems working with the Ridgewood Branch of BOA

Item 4: New Business

There was a reminder in format change for the May meeting and the plan was to attend Ridgewood Seniors program that was to be held that night, however, we learned that the program was full. It was agreed to reconvene then in June.

Bergen County Care Fair was announced for May 6^th 2018, 12-4pm

It was announced that Paul Aronsohn began a new job as the Ombudsman of NJ Disability

Athletes in Action made a presentation of their program. https://athletesinaction.org/ It is a sports program that intersects Christian faith and athletics. Jack Dean has been working with the organization in the hopes to bring the two programs together. A showcase will be held on April 28^th 1:30-4:30 at the Bethany Community Center on Pascack Rd in Washington Township.

Action items: There were no action items required from tonight’s meeting.

The Next Meeting is July 19^th, 2018 7:30
