4. Board Discussion
   1. Assessment of Village Recreational Needs
   2. Non-traditional Open Space Considerations, i.e., re-purposed hardtop areas for exercise or performance activities
   3. Scheduling Challenges and Potential Solutions, including scheduling overlaps on shared space

5. Public comment (Not to exceed 5 minutes per person; 30 minutes in total)
