3675 – Amend Chapter 145 – Fees – Ridgewood Parking      Permits and Central Business District Employee      Parking Stickers and Hangtags – Increases the     annual fees for Ridgewood Parking Permits, as     follows: useable by Ridgewood residents in all     lots - $1,300; useable by Ridgewood residents in    Chestnut St. parking lot, North Walnut St.        parking lot, Cottage Place parking lot and Route    17 Park & Ride lot - $975; useable by non-        residents at Route 17 Park & Ride lot - $975;       and useable by non-residents at the Cottage      Place parking lot - $1,950. Also increases the     Central Business District Employee sticker -      $25 annually and monthly hangtags - $100/month     or $50 after the 15th of the month.
3676 – Bond Ordinance – Zabriskie-Schedler House         Restoration and Rehabilitation ($400,000) –     Appropriates this money to bond for both the      Village’s portion of the cost and the portion of    the cost that will be received from Bergen      County Historic Preservation grants for this     project. Once the money has been spent on the     project, the Bergen County grants will reimburse    the Village for 50%.
3677 – Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and Traffic –          Designate Fairfield Avenue as Through Street –     Designates Fairfield Avenue, from East Glen       Avenue to Franklin Turnpike, as a through street
3678 – Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and Traffic –      Establish Stop Intersection at Driveway and     Parking Prohibited on Driveway into Irene      Habernickel Family Park – Establishes a Stop     intersection from the exit driveway onto          Hillcrest Road and prohibits parking at all      times on both sides of the driveway, from         Hillcrest Road to the parking lot, at the Irene      Habernickel Family Park
3679 – Management Salary Ordinance - Establishes      salaries and various employment criteria for     management personnel for 2018
3680 – Non-Union Salary Ordinance - Establishes      salaries and various employment criteria for     non-union personnel for 2018
3681 – Amend Chapter 105 Animals – Poultry and Fowl –       Amends the section of the Village Code      pertaining to the keeping of fowl. There are     changes in the locations of coops; construction     requirements for coops; number of specimens kept    within a coop; requirements for what is placed      under the feeding area; the maximum number of      chickens; and the annual fee.

3682 – Amend Chapter 260 – Trees and Shrubs – Amends      this section of the Village Code to not require      the following on private property:  a permit to      remove trees; a replacement tree when trees are      removed; and planting of a specific type of      tree.
