New Home Owners

If you did not receive the current tax bill at your closing, contact our office to request a duplicate. Tax bills may also be downloaded from our tax look up page.  Taxes are due 2/1, 5/1, 8/1 & 11/1.  There is a ten day grace period.  As Per NJSA 54:4-64:  "The validity of any tax or assessment, or the time at which is shall be payable, shall not be affected by the failure of a taxpayer to receive a tax bill, but every taxpayer is put on notice to ascertain from the proper official of the taxing district the amount which may be due for taxes or assessments againt him or his property."
