Pfizer Bivalent Booster Clinic for individuals 12yrs and older

In partnership with the Valley Health System, the Village of Ridgewood Health Department will be hosting a COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Clinic on Tuesday, May 16 at Village Hall (131 North Maple Ave, Ridgewood) from 3:30-4:30 PM. Ridgewood residents, school employees, and Village employees may register.

Eligibility:

• 12 yrs. and older may receive bivalent booster 8 weeks after last monovalent dose (3/21/23). Minors must have parent/guardian present.
• 65 yrs. and older may receive 1 additional bivalent booster dose at least 4 months after their first bivalent booster (1/16/23).
• Guidelines vary for immunocompromised call the Health Department for more information.
