HYUN JUNG SONG & TRICIA SONG – An application for the construction for the addition to the existing single family dwelling which will result in a front yard setback of 13.53 feet and 24.81 feet where 13.53 feet and 24.81 feet exist and 40 feet is required, building coverage of 28.22% where 24.09% exists and 20% is permitted, impervious coverage of 50.44% where 50.44% exists and 45% is permitted, gross building area of 38.24% where 31.41% exists and 35% is permitted at 359 West End Avenue, Block 2311, Lot 17, in an R-2 zone.
A continuation from the February 10th, 2015 meeting.

LEONARDO & SON – An application for the construction of a detached garage which will result in a side yard setback of 1.7 feet, and a rear yard setback of 3 feet where 5 feet is the minimum required for both at 365 Wastena Terrace, Block 1907, Lot 26, in an R-2 zone.

DAIVA GESSMANN – An application for the construction of one and two story additions which will result in a front yard setback of 34.2 feet where 40 feet is the minimum required at 550 Morningside Road, Block 1313, Lot 21, in an R-2 zone.
TOM & YOONHEE ROBERTS – An application for the construction of a front covered porch, a side stoop, and a second story addition which will result in a front yard setback to the covered porch of 26.8 feet where 40 feet is the minimum required, and a rear yard setback to the rear stoop of 16.5 feet, 21.1 feet to the covered porch, and 23.1 feet to the second story addition, where 30 feet is the minimum required for each at 386 Wastena Terrace, Block 1804, Lot 6 in an R-2 zone.
