Garber Square & Surrounding Areas - Traffic Flow Assessment

As part of the Village’s Engineering, Education and Enforcement traffic safety initiative, The Ridgewood Police Department, with the assistance of Secure Watch 24 security, will be conducting a traffic impact study of Garber Square and surrounding area over the next few weeks.

The police department will be deploying its High Star traffic plates on targeted streets to track traffic flow and speeds. In addition Secure Watch 24 Security is providing 2 of their Mobile Suite Video Management System (VMS) which include portable high-definition IP-based cameras and self-contained DVR/NVR units which will be deployed to provide continuous coverage of traffic flow on Garber square and on Franklin Ave.
