THIS WILL BE A VIRTUAL ONLINE PUBLIC MEETING
 
For the duration of the Coronavirus Health Emergency, Village Hall is closed to the public and meetings are held with participants at remote locations, connecting to conferencing software provided by zoom.us.  Members of the public are invited to view meetings live using the Zoom client, which also allows them to “raise a hand” and contribute with voice and video when they are invited to do so during public portions of the meeting.

Statement required by the Open Public Meeting Act “Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by a posting on the bulletin board in the Village Hall, by mail to the Ridgewood News, The Record and by submission to all persons entitled to same as provided by law of a schedule including date and time of this meeting”.
Please note: A curfew of 11:00 PM is strictly adhered to by the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Village of Ridgewood. No new matter involving an Applicant will be started after 10:30 PM. At 10:00 PM the Chairman will make a determination and advise Applicants as to whether they will be heard. If an Applicant cannot be heard because of the lateness of the hour, the matter will be carried over to a future meeting to be determined by the Board at 10:00 PM.

Old Business:
ANIRUDH & KELLY KIRTANE – An application to permit the construction of a 2-story addition, 2nd story addition, 1-story addition and patio which will result in a rear yard setback to the second story addition of 22.79 feet, and to the rear landings of 19.5 feet and 18.25 feet, where 30 feet is required, and a setback to the patio of 5 feet, where 10 feet is required at 20 South Pleasant Avenue, Block 4203, Lot 6, in an R-2 Zone.
New Business:
JEVAN & ALITHEA PHILLIPS – An application to permit the construction of a deck and generator platform off the rear façade of the home which will result in a coverage by above grade structures of 25.92%, where 20% is permitted at 367 Marshall Street, Block 3607, Lot 23, in an R-2 Zone.
MARK & CARYN FOLLENDER – An application to demolish the existing dwelling and garage and construct a new 1½ story dwelling, driveway, walkway, porches and patio and garage which will result in coverage by above grade structures within 140 feet of the front lot line of 25.56%, where 20% is permitted and coverage by improvements within 140 feet of the front lot line of 47.25%/6,615 square feet, where 40%/5,600 square feet is permitted at 244 South Pleasant Avenue, Block 4303, Lot 11 in an R-2 Zone.
