STORM DAMAGE CLEAN UP - MARCH 19-23, 2018

A Village wide clean-up of storm damage branches from the various Nor’easters of the last two weeks will be addressed as follows:

1. Established drop zone in Graydon north parking lot (same as Christmas tree drop zone) for both residents and staff to drop off limbs. Designated with barricades. This area is already established.
2. Street Division will provide “dump trucks”, loaders and personnel along with the Parks department and we will follow the leaf collection areas.
3. Zone “A” Monday 03/19/2018
4. Zone “B” Tuesday 03/20/2018
5. Zone “C” Wednesday 03/21/2018
6. Zone “D” Thursday 03/22/2018
7. Friday 03/23/2018 would be the overflow day to pick up anything missed and make a final sweep of the Village streets.
8. Under this plan residents would be asked to cut branches no longer than 3 feet they wish removed to the same specifications as yard waste requirements and place the branches on the curb for their zones designated day. Residents would also be welcomed to bring their branches to the drop zone in Graydon Pool north parking lot.
9. No limbs bigger than 5 inches in diameter will be collected.
10. No limbs will be collected from private property; only limbs of the proper size and dimension that are placed at the curb will be collected.
