20200318 - NJ Department of Health's Vital Records

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the New Jersey Department of Health’s Vital Records Walk-in Center located at 140 E Front Street in Trenton is closed to the public for a period of two weeks, starting March 19th, 2020. During this period, customers will be unable to request and pick up copies of vital records on site. Customers may still place orders for vital records by sending requests online, at: https://www.state.nj.us/health/vital/index.shtml, or via mail, to:
