Support YWCA Bergen County by competing in YWCA Member Team Challenge Teams of four will race a Fun Run, Swim, Obstacle Course, and “YWinner” Dig to support YWCA Bergen County programs and services Ridgewoo–YWCA Bergen County is hosting a YWCA Member Team Challenge on Saturday, August 16th, 2014. Teens and adults of all ages and fitness levels are invited to participate in teams of four. From 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, teams will compete in a fun run, swim, obstacle course, and “YWinner” dig at Darlington County Park at 600 Darlington Avenue in Mahwah, New Jersey. Creative challenges encourage friendly competition, team building, and lots of memories all while raising money for YWCA programs. Race details include swim challenge of 2 team members across 150 yards of Darlington’s Lower Lake, run challenge of 2 miles for each team member through Darlington County Park, all member obstacle challenge of string crawl, tire run, bean bag toss, and water challenge, and finally a “YWinner Dig” for buried prize on the beach.
