          by mail to the Ridgewood News, The Record, and by          submission to all persons entitled to same as                  provided by law of a schedule including the date and                time of      this meeting."

THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS, NUMBERED 15-180 THROUGH 15-186 ARE TO BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE EACH RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. EACH RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:

15-180    Approve Renewal of Liquor Licenses – Annual renewal of             liquor licenses in the Village of Ridgewood

15-181    Appoint Labor Attorney (NTE $75,000) - Appoints                    Dominick Bratti, Esq., and the firm of Wilentz, Goldman            and Spitzer as the Labor     Counsel for the Village under              a no-bid contract for a term to expire June 30, 2016.             The required Pay to Play forms have been filed.

15-182    Appoint Special Labor Counsel (NTE $75,000) – Appoints             Mark Ruderman, Esq. and the firm of Ruderman & Glickman            as a Special Labor Counsel for PBA Negotiations in the           Village of Ridgewood under a no-bid contract for a term              to expire June 30, 2016. The required Pay to Play forms             have been filed.

15-183    Appoint Members to Planning Board – Appoints Mayor Paul            Aronsohn as a Class 1 Member, Nancy Bigos as a Class II            Member, and Councilwoman Susan Knudsen as a Class III              Member for terms which will expire on 6/30/16; Charles             Nalbantian as a Class IV Member for a term which will              expire on 6/30/19; and Khidir Abdalla as the Alternate             #2 Member for a term which will expire on 6/30/17. All               of these appointments shall be effective at the                  Planning Board’s Reorganization Meeting.

15-184    Appoint Members to Zoning Board of Adjustment –                    Appoints Joel Torielli and Hans-Jurgen Lehmann as                  regular members to terms which will expire on 6/30/19;             Jennie Wilson as a regular member to a term which will             expire on 6/30/17; Sergio Alegre as the Alternate #1               member to a term which will expire on 6/30/17; and Ines            Bunza as the Alternate #2 member for a term which will             expire on 6/30/16. These appointments shall be                 effective at the Zoning Board of Adjustment’s                  Reorganization Meeting.

15-185    Appoint Members to Community Center Advisory Board –               Appoints Donald Liebreich and James Griffith as Senior             Citizen resident members; Liz Kloak and Nancy Friedman             as Adult resident members with children in the                   Ridgewood school system; William Carbone and Beth                   Abbott as Adult resident members; Captain Jacqueline            Luthcke or designee from the Ridgewood Police                  Department; Nancy Bigos as the Parks and Recreation               Dept. Representative; and Sheila Brogan as the                    Ridgewood Board of Education representative for terms               which will expire on 6/30/16

15-186    Appoint Members to Ridgewood Arts Council – Appoints               Linda Bradley, Gregory Brown, John Butler, William                 Carbone, Marge Downs, Gregory Farrell, Sean Flanagan,              Sherry Frank, Justine Kaufman, Rosemary Gunther McCooe,            and Joyce Schnaars for terms which will expire on                  6/30/16.
