            NEW YORK SMSA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP D/B/A VERIZON WIRELESS – An application requesting a D1 Use variance, and minor site plan approval with other variances and waivers, interpretations, and/or approvals as are necessary to permit the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility to be located at 6 South Monroe Street, Block 2404 Lot 3 in an R-110 zone.

            (Carried from the March 31, 2015 meeting.)

Capital One Bank – An application for a conditional use variance, preliminary and final major site plan approval with bulk variances including sign variances, in conjunction with the construction of a new bank building with drive through lanes, at 10 Godwin Avenue, Block 2205 Lot 3 in a B-2 zone.

            New Business:         

            ANDREW & LAUREN AUERBACH – An application to allow to remain, a four foot high fence on the top of a retaining wall, where the fence has to be set back from the face of the wall, a minimum of four feet, to comply with the maximum height requirement of four feet for both fences and retaining walls. When added together the fence and wall exceed the maximum height permitted, at property know as 820 Morningside Road, Block 1205 Lot 7 in an R-1 zone.

           

      

            NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS – An application to modify the existing telecommunications facility and pole. Applicant proposes to replace existing 3

antennas with 6 new antennas within the stealth pole enclosure and place a battery cabinet on the existing equipment cabinet. Applicant is seeking a use variance, minor site plan approval, and front, rear and side yard setback variances at 601 Franklin Turnpike, Block 4703, Lot 17 in the OB-2 zone.

NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS – Request for an amendment to the original resolution of approval, extending the removal date of May 31, 2015, to May 31, 2016 of the telecommunication antennae on a temporary cell tower/trailer at 490 Route 17 South, Block 4703, Lot 11 in the OB-2 Zone.
