3467 – Amend Chapter 145 – Fees – Parking Meter Fees for           Cottage Place Parking Lot and Fee for One-day                 Resident Commuter Parking Permit

THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION, NUMBERED 15-92, WILL BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE THE RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA, AND IT WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:

15-92 – Authorize Village Officials to Sign Proof    of Loss and Subrogation Agreement – Payment of Claim for    Parking Utility Theft – Authorizes the Mayor and Village Clerk to sign this Agreement with the Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund for the amount of $721,203.76   which is the outstanding amount owed for the Parking Utility theft
