Victor and Laurie Joseph – An application for the construction of two story additions which will result in a Gross Building Area of 23.8% and 5,136 square feet where 24% and 5,000 square feet is the maximum permitted, and Gross Building Area within 140 feet of the front lot line of 29.3% and 5,136 square feet where 24% and 5,000 square feet is the maximum permitted at 275 Manor Road, Block 2708 Lot 18 in an R-1 zone. A continuation from the October 14th, 2014 meeting. (to be adjourned to November 25, 2014)
New York SMSA d/b/a Verizon Wireless – An application requesting a D1 Use variance, and minor site plan approval with other variances and waivers, interpretations, and/or approvals as are necessary to permit the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility to be located at 6 South Monroe Street, Block 2404 Lot 3 in an R-110 zone. A continuation from the September 30th, 2014 meeting.

Michael Pires – An application for the construction of a detached two-car garage in a side yard which will result in the height of the building of 19.33 feet where 15 feet is the maximum height permitted and a setback distance from the principal building of 6.33 feet and 10.0 feet where 12 feet is the minimum required, and a side yard setback of 5.6 feet where 23.33 feet is the minimum required at 215 Prospect Street, Block 3904 Lot 11 in an R-1 zone.
Edward Schwartz& Julie Tung – An application for the construction of a detached garage in the Oak Street front yard, a location not permitted by ordinance, set back 5 feet from the side property line where 10 feet is the minimum required, and proposed at a height of 22 feet where 15 feet is the maximum permitted. Also requested is a variance to allow to remain, a second accessory structure in the Glen Avenue front yard, a location not permitted by ordinance, at a height of 16 feet where 15 feet is the maximum permitted at 88 Cameron Lane, also known as 26 East Glen Avenue, Block 1913 Lot 35 in an R-2 zone.
