3437 - Supervisors Salary Ordinance - Establishes the salaries for Supervisory employees for the years 2013-2015
3438 - Establish Central Business District Employee Parking - Establishes CBD Employee parking rules and regulations at 15 Franklin Avenue, the former Ken Smith car dealership site
3439 – Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and Traffic – Change 2-hour Parking Meters to 3-hour Parking Meters – This ordinance will change all of the current 2-hour parking meters to 3-hour parking meters
3440 – Require Pest Control During Demolition of Structures – Establishes the procedure that a demolition permit will not be issued for any project resulting in 40% of demolition or alteration of the structure without first proving that the premises have been treated for or are free from insects and rodents
3441 – Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and Traffic – Installation of Stop Signs – Kensington Drive and Sterling Place – Places stop signs on Sterling Place at the intersection of Kensington Drive, traveling north

14-259 Authorize NJDOT Grant Application – Morningside Road – Authorizes the Village Manager and the Village Clerk to submit an electronic grant application to the NJDOT for the resurfacing of Morningside Road from North Monroe Street to Glenview Road and also authorizes the Village Engineer to sign the grant agreement on behalf of the Village
14-260 Authorize Shared Services Agreement – OHD Quantifit Respirator Fit Testing System for Fire Department (Glen Rock) – Authorizes a Shared Services Agreement with the Borough of Glen Rock to purchase and maintain a OHD Quantifit Respirator Fit Testing System for Fire Department in order to comply with OSHA requirements
14-261 Determine Form for 2007 Refunding Bond Sale – This resolution determines the form for the 2007 Refunding Bond Sale which will allow the Village to refinance the 2007 bonds at a lower interest rate in order to create interest cost savings
14-262 Authorize Vending Machine for Village Hall – Authorizes the Village Manager to sign an agreement with PPSCapital, LLC, d/b/a Intelligent Foods on Demand, 350 West 42nd Street, Suite 19E, New York, NY for a vending machine in Village Hall. Also authorizes the vending machine to be placed in the vestibule of Village Hall in the alcove area where the ATM used to be located.
14-263 Approve Installation of Additional Wayfinding Signs in Central Business District – Approves the installation of wayfinding signs at South Broad Street and East Ridgewood Avenue in the Central Business District to direct customers to the various businesses on South Broad Street
14-264 Naming Parcourse after Dorothy B. Kraft – Approves the naming of the parcourse, which was improved by Girl Scout Cadet Troop 1326 for their Silver Award, after Dorothy B. Kraft, since the Kraft Foundation was the major contributor to the project. The dedication will be listed on the welcome sign to the parcourse which will be located at the intersection of Northern Parkway and Meadowbrook Avenue, where the parcourse will begin.
