Conversation of your Life - What is Advance Care Planning? 12.13.18

What Is Advance Care Planning and Why Is It Important?

The Village of Ridgewood Health Department and Parks & Recreation in conjunction with Valley Hospital and Feeney Funeral Home are holding a free workshop to learn how to start the conversation with family, friends, caregivers, and doctors about what you value in life. Topics to be covered include the legal, medical, ethical, emotional, practical, and, spiritual aspects of advance care planning.  Leading the discussion will be David Feeney, CFSP, CPC of Feeney Funeral Home.

Location:            Anne Zusy Youth Center, First Floor 131 N. Maple Ave.

Time:                  11am to 1pm

Cost:                   Free with Lunch provided by Valley Hospital.

This event is open to adults of all ages. Please invite your neighbors, family and friends.
