The Village of Ridgewood is seeking Village residents to serve on Municipal Land Use Boards:

*Ridgewood Zoning Board of Adjustment

*Ridgewood Planning Board

Additionally, the Village of Ridgewood has openings on the *Central Business District Advisory Committee.

- Ridgewood Zoning Board of Adjustment hears variance applications and appeals from rulings and determinations arising from the enforcement of Village zoning ordinances.

- Ridgewood Planning Board is responsible for guiding the growth and development of the Village of Ridgewood. The board ensures adherence to the approved Village Master Plan and Municipal Land Use Laws.

- Central Business District Advisory Committee (CBDAC) makes recommendations to the Village Council -  members are tasked with evaluating the Central Business District and making recommendations designed to improve the viability of Ridgewood's Historic CBD in support of a  desirable, vibrant and memorable destination.
