RAC MINUTES FOR MAY 1st, 2018

Present: Audrey Fink, Frank DelVecchio, Dana Glazer, Lynn Kenney, Bernie Walsh, Rosie McCooe, Mike Walsh, Sherry Frank, Bill Carbone, Kathleen Jordan

Absent: Sean Flanagan

Meeting Commenced at 7:30pm

Minutes of April meeting approved.

Order of Business:

-Kathleen Jordan announces resignation.

-Discussion about ticket sales for Scott Rosenfelt Artist Talk and outreach

-Discussion about what artistically is missing in Ridgewood

-Discussion of the vision and identity of the RAC

-Discussion of collaborating with Jeff Sofka’s “Unplugged” event

-Discussion of event at the James Rose House

-Discussion of art at car shows in town

Installations In Empty Storefront Windows:

-Lynn shares progress by Councilman Hache and Bill Gilsenen agreeing that installations that could move in/out fast would be helpful

-Next step: proposal to business owners
