JANUARY 25, 2017

1. Call to Order - Mayor

2. Statement of Compliance with the Open Public Meeting Act

   MAYOR: "Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided

          by a posting on the bulletin board in Village Hall,

          by mail to the Ridgewood News, The Record, and by  submission to all persons entitled to same as provided  by law of a schedule including the date and time of    this meeting."

4. ORDINANCE – INTRODUCTION

1. Ordinance #3580 – Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and Traffic – Amends Chapter 265 to specifically  designate fewer spaces for shoppers/diners in the                  Chestnut Street lot, and fewer spaces for CBD                  employees in the North Walnut and Cottage lots,                    which will provide more general parking

 

   Mayor: "I move the first reading of ordinance 3580."

                      SECOND             ROLL CALL VOTE

   Mayor: "So ordered. Will the Clerk please read ordinance   3580 by title."

   Councilmember: "I move that ordinance 3580 be adopted on  first reading and that February 8, 2017 be   fixed as the date for the hearing thereon."

   Councilmember: "I second the motion."

1. Ordinance #3574 – Bond Ordinance - Water Main Replacement at Stream Crossings and at Linwood Avenue   and Beechwood Road

     Mayor: "I move the Clerk read ordinance 3574 by title on

            second reading and that the public hearing thereon

             be opened."
