14-141 Approve Liquor License Renewals - Annual renewal of liquor licenses in the Village of Ridgewood

14-142 Title 59 Approval – Landscaping Services – Ridgewood Water – Approves the plans and specifications for Landscaping Services prepared by the Department of Water Supply

14-143 Award Contract – Landscaping Services – Ridgewood Water (NTE $62,820) – Awards the first year of a two-year contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Pat Scanlan, 14 Plains Drive, New City, NY

14-144 Award Professional Services Contract – Animal Control Services and Waterfowl Management (NTE $30,000) – Awards a no-bid contract to TYCO Animal Control, 1 Stout Lane, Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ. The required Pay to Play forms have been filed.

14-145 Award Contract Under County Contract – Lightning Detection System (NTE $25,000) – Awards a contract under County Contract to Earth Networks, Inc., 12410 Milestone Center Drive, Suite 300, Germantown, MD

14-146 Award Contract Under State Contract – 2 SUVs for Police Department (NTE $69,026) – Awards a contract under State Contract to Winner Ford, 250 Berlin Road, Cherry Hill, NJ

14-147 Award Extraordinary Unspecifiable Services Contract – Repair Brookside Field Sanitary Sewer (NTE $20,500) – Awards an extraordinary, unspecifiable contract to ConQuest Industries, LLC, 20 Carver Avenue, Westwood, NJ

14-148 Authorize Snow Plowing Agreement with Bergen County - Approves the first year of a two-year Agreement for snow plowing with Bergen County for 2014-2015, whereby the Village plows County roads, and is reimbursed for same by the County

14-149 Approve Grant Application - Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) – Beautification of the Approaches to the Historic Village Train Station – Authorizes the Village Manager and the Village Clerk to submit an electronic grant application to the NJ Department of Transportation and authorizes the Village Engineer to sign the grant agreement on behalf of the Village of Ridgewood

14-150 Authorize Renewal of Intent to Participate in Community Development Block Grant Program and HOME Investment Partnership Act Program – Renews the Village’s intent to participate in these programs for the Program Years 2015 - 2017

14-151 Appoint Safe Routes to School Coordinator – Authorizes the Village Manager to appoint Jeanne Johnson as the Village’s Safe Routes to School Coordinator and pay her the $7,500 Coordinator’s fee from the Get to School Safely-2008 Grant. The position of Safe Routes to School Coordinator is required under the terms and conditions of the grant.

14-152 Request Bergen County to Restore Full Funding to Bergen County Open Space Trust Fund – Requests Bergen County to restore the Bergen County Open Space Trust Fund to full funding, from one-quarter of one cent per $100 of total County equalized property valuation to up to one cent per $100 of total County equalized property valuation
