    MAYOR: "Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided

           by a posting on the bulletin board in Village Hall,

           by mail to the Ridgewood News, The Record, and by                  submission to all persons entitled to same as provided            by law of a schedule including the date and time of              this meeting."

a.   INTRODUCTION - #3670 – Bond Ordinance – Reconfiguration of                       Train Station Parking Lot ($330,000)

    

b.   INTRODUCTION - #3671 – Bond Ordinance – Additional Funding                      for Restoration of Zabriskie-Schedler House,                      Phase 2

    

c.   PUBLIC HEARING - #3662 - Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and                         Traffic – Parking Meter Times at Train                           Station and Regulate Multi-Space Parking                         Meter Use

  

5.   RESOLUTIONS

 

THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS, NUMBERED 18-263 THROUGH 18-267 ARE TO BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL.  THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE EACH RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. EACH RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:

 

18-263    Authorize Execution of Application to the State                   Historic Preservation Office for Improvements                    to Social Service Agency’s Façade – Supports the Social              Service Agency’s Food Pantry Awareness Project, which               will involve the painting of the rear exterior wall and             installation of professionally designed posters in the            three windows and door on that wall. Also authorizes           the execution of the application to SHPO, since the            Village of Ridgewood owns the building.

18-264    Accept Bergen County Historic Preservation Grant –                Zabriskie-Schedler House Restoration, Phase 2                    ($200,000) – Authorizes the Village of Ridgewood to               enter into and execute a contract with the County of              Bergen for a $200,000 grant for restoration of the                Zabriskie-Schedler House. The grant money shall be                provided as a reimbursement to the Village, upon                  submission of required paperwork.

18-265    Authorize Issuance of Notice to Proceed to Epic                   Management, LLC for Hudson Street Parking Garage –                Authorizes Epic Management, LLC to proceed with the               redevelopment of the Hudson Street parking lot

18-266    Authorize Submission and Execution of Grant Application           for Recreation Programming ($4,000) – Authorizes the              submission and execution of a $20,000 grant application           to the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs for a              Ridgewood After School Healthy Lifestyles Program, for            children with disabilities and their able-bodied peers,           in conjunction with Healthbarn USA

18-267    Authorize Execution of Contract – Cellular Tower at 561           Prospect Street, Glen Rock, NJ – Authorizes the Village           Manager to execute any and all land lease agreements              for this location, on behalf of the Village of                  Ridgewood
