#3673 – Amend Chapter 244 – Smoking – Amends this chapter to establish a new section on tobacco shops, cannabis shops, and electronic vapor substance inhalation shops

a. #3670 – Bond Ordinance – Reconfiguration of Train Station Parking Lot ($330,000)
b. #3671 – Bond Ordinance – Additional Funding for Restoration of Zabriskie-Schedler House, Phase 2 ($50,000)

THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS, NUMBERED 18-290 THROUGH 18-293 ARE TO BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE EACH RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. EACH RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:
18-290 Award Professional Services Contract – Historic Architectural Services – Zabriskie-Schedler House, Phase 2 (NTE $48,900)- Awards a Professional Services Contract to Margaret Hickey and Connolly & Hickey Historical Architects, 2 North Union Avenue, Cranford, NJ. The required Pay to Play forms have been filed with the Village Clerk’s Office.
18-291 Authorize Change Order for Village Hall HVAC Project ($26,500) – Authorizes a change order to the original contractor, WHL Enterprises t/a Bill Leary A/C & Heating, 6 Green Street, Metuchen, NJ. This change order is necessary due to emergency repair beyond the original scope of the contract.
18-292 Authorize Execution of Memorandum of Agreement with Bergen County – De-snagging and Desilting of Kings Pond – Authorizes the Village Manager to execute any and all agreements for this project with Bergen County
18-293 Adopt 2018 Human Resources Manual - Approves the updated 2018 Human Resources Manual which is required by the Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund
