3729 – Bond Ordinance – Acquisition of Vehicles for Parking Utility ($57,000) – Appropriates money for the purchase of two SUVs for the Parking Utility to be used by the Parking Enforcement Officers
3732 – Bond Ordinance – Acquisition of Vehicles – Parks Department and Traffic & Signal Department ($79,000) – Appropriates money for the purchase of a pickup truck with a snowplow for the Traffic and Signal Department and a pickup truck for the Parks Department

3736 – Amend Chapter 145 – Fees - Fire Prevention Fees – Amends the fees charged by Fire Prevention to bring them in line with fees charged by surrounding municipalities

3738 – Amend Chapter 212 – Tennis Courts – Rules and Regulations – Adds additional rules and regulations to the existing ordinance to include sponsored programs taking precedence; permitted time and hours of play; permitted use of the courts; prohibition of pets, smoking, roller skating, skateboarding, and bicycle riding on the courts; and prohibiting private lessons on the courts
3739 – Amend Chapter 18 – Environmental Advisory Committee - Name Change and Establish Membership – Amends this ordinance by changing all references to the Ridgewood Environmental Advisory Committee to the Green Ridgewood Committee. Also establishes that there are ten regular members and no alternate members of the Committee.
3740 – Amend Chapter 26 – Green Team – Amends this ordinance by changing all references to the Ridgewood Environmental Advisory Committee to the Green Ridgewood Committee, throughout the ordinance
3741 – Amend Chapter 190 – Signs – Regulations for Window Displays in the Business Districts – Establishes regulations for window displays in the business districts including number of displays, location, size, illumination and video or recorded displays of information
3742 – Amend Chapter 154 – Flood Damage Prevention – Amends Chapter 154-6(a) to indicate that the report was revised on August 28, 2019 as there was a typographical error in a previously adopted ordinance regarding the revision date
3743 – Amend Chapter 190 – Land Use and Development – Permit Real Estate Open House Signs - Amends Chapter 190 to allow a free-standing real estate open house sign for a period not to exceed five days during the term of the sign permit. In addition, the sign cannot be a sight obstruction 3744 - Designate Parking Spaces in Train Station Lot for Hudson Street Lot Permit Holders - Designates 12 spaces for Hudson Street lot permit holders to park at the train station parking lot, through December 31, 2019
3745 – Establish Loading Zone at Train Station Parking Lot – Establishes a Loading Zone at the Train Station parking lot to be used by the Train Station Concession employee as well as the Social Service Association
