1.  Call to Order - Mayor

2.  Statement of Compliance with the Open Public Meeting Act

    MAYOR: "Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided

           by a posting on the bulletin board in Village Hall,

           by mail to the Ridgewood News, The Record, and by            submission to all persons entitled to same as provided        by law of a schedule including the date and time of            this meeting."

4.   ORDINANCES - INTRODUCTION

3771 – Amend Management Salary Ordinance – Amends this ordinance         to indicate that the base salary increase is 0%, with the           annual increase based on a performance evaluation

3772 – Amend Non-Union Salary Ordinance - Amends this ordinance to       indicate that the base salary increase is 0%, with the         annual increase based on a performance evaluation

3773 – Amend Chapter 145 – Fees – Ridgewood Parking Permits and          Central Business District Employee Parking Stickers and        Hangtags - Amends the information for the Premium Parking            Permits by eliminating the Hudson Street Parking Lot as one     of the lots included for these permits

3774 – Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and Traffic – Permit Parking -       Amends the section dealing with the North Walnut Street        lot, to indicate that the CBD Employee spaces shall be for        CBD employee use only from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; that          after 6:00 p.m., a CBD Employee Sticker is not necessary to       park in these spots, but the meter must be paid; and             changes the number of hours for the CBD Employee spots to           12 hours.

3765 – Amend Chapter 190 – Land Use and Development – Permit             Instructional Schools in OB-1 and OB-2 Zones

3766 – Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and Traffic – Establish             Village Employee Parking Zone – Chestnut Street

3767 – Bond Ordinance – Amend Title and Purpose of Previous Bond        Ordinance #3392 to Purchase of Pickup Truck with Snowplow           and Accessories for Water Pollution Control Facility

3770 – Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and Traffic – Establish Multi-       Space Parking Meter Kiosk Sites
