           by a posting on the bulletin board in Village Hall,      by mail to the Ridgewood News, The Record, and by            submission to all persons entitled to same as provided        by law of a schedule including the date and time of            this meeting."

3803 – Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and Traffic – Allow             Changes to Parking Regulations in Hudson Street Parking        Garage and on Streets – Allows the Village Manager to make      amendments/changes/modifications to the parking regulations

in the Hudson Street Parking Garage and on streets, by         resolution of the Village Council

5.   RESOLUTIONS

THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS, NUMBERED 20-201 THROUGH 20-205 ARE TO BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE EACH RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. EACH RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:

20-201    Authorize Execution of Agreement - Bergen County CARES            Act Municipality Reimbursement – Authorizes the Mayor,            Village Manager, and Village Clerk to sign the Bergen             County CARES Act Municipality Reimbursement Agreement.            This will allow the Village to apply for reimbursement           of COVID-19 related    expenditures that are not covered            by FEMA reimbursement.     

20-202    Resolution for Bond Sale – Resolution                  Providing for the Combination of Certain               Issues of General Improvement Bonds of the              Village of Ridgewood to a Single Issue of               Bonds Aggregating $15,197,000 in Principal              Amount

20-203    Resolution for Bond Sale - Resolution                  Providing for the Combination of Water                 Utility Bond of the Village of Ridgewood to a           Single Issue of Bonds Aggregating $17,000,000           in Principal Amount        

20-204    Resolution for Bond Sale – Resolution                  Determining the Form and Other Details of               $32,197,000 General Obligation Bonds,                  Consisting of $15,197,000 General Improvement           Bonds and $17,000,000 Water Utility Bonds of            the Village of Ridgewood, and Providing for           their Sale

20-205    Authorize Temporary Suspension of Parking               Changes in Walnut Street, Prospect Street and           Chestnut Street Parking Lots – Authorizes the           temporary suspension of the parking changes            in the Walnut Street, Prospect Street, and           Chestnut Street parking lots which will make               all parking spaces (except the CBD Employee              Parking Spaces) in these lots 3-hours, until               the Hudson Street Garage is open for parking      on all floors
