20-210 Award Professional Services Contract – Booster Zone Gravity Tank Feasibility Study (NTE $78,000) – Awards a Professional Services Contract to Mott MacDonald, 111 Wood Avenue South, Iselin, NJ. The required Pay to Play forms have been filed with the Village Clerk’s Office.
20-211 Authorize Change Order – Water Billing and Data Collection Services (NTE $7,880) – Authorizes a change order to the original vendor, Computil, Inc., 30 Controls Drive, Shelton, CT. This change order is necessary due to additional programming work that was not anticipated at the time the contract was awarded.
20-212 Authorize Easement Agreement – Hallmark Arms of Fair Lawn Condominium Association – PVWC Interconnection (NTE $3,650) – Authorizes an Easement Agreement with the Hallmark Arms of Fair Lawn Condominium Association, Inc., 70 Harristown Road, Fair Lawn, NJ in order to establish a water main connection with Passaic Valley Water Commission for emergency and other types of needs for water service for Ridgewood Water
13. ORDINANCES – INTRODUCTION
3804 - Amend Chapter 145 – Fees - Significant Sewer Discharger Fees - Establishes the 2020 significant sewer discharger fees for commercial/industrial/institutional premises to remain at $4.27 per thousand gallons flow in excess of one EDU as measured by water meter consumption during the winter months. Also establishes the 2020 significant sewer discharger fees for tax exempt and tax credited users to remain at $4.27 per thousand gallons flow into the Village collection system as measured by water meter consumption during the winter months.
3805 – Amend Chapter 265 Vehicles and Traffic – Establish Grab and Go Parking Spaces in the Central Business District – Establishes Grab and Go parking spaces in the Central Business District for 15 minute free use by customers. The location of the parking spaces will be determined by the Village Manager, in conjunction with the Ridgewood Police Department. These parking spaces will be paid for by the businesses.
3806 – Amend Chapter 145 – Fees – Fees for Grab and Go Parking Spaces in the Central Business District – Establishes the fee for Grab and Go parking spaces in the Central Business District at $20/day per space
3807 – Amend Chapter 145 – Fees – Fees for Grab and Go Parking Spaces in Central Business District – Establishes the fee for Grab and Go parking spaces in the Central Business District at $100/week for 6 days

20-214 Award Professional Services Contract – Additional Award – Licensed Site Remediation Professional – North Walnut Street Redevelopment Area (NTE $20,000) – Awards a Professional Services contract to Brinkerhoff Environmental Services, Inc., 614 Frelinghuysen Avenue, Suite 200, Newark, NJ. 20-215 Award Professional Services Contract - Environmental Assessment Report – NJDEP Green Acres Diversion – South Broad Street (NTE $2,800) - Awards a Professional Services Contract to Brinkerhoff Environmental Services, Inc., 1805 Atlantic Avenue, Manasquan, NJ. The required Pay to Play forms have been filed with the Village Clerk’s Office.
20-216 Award Professional Services Contract – Environmental Assessment Report – NJDEP Green Acres Diversion – Hammond Road and Vacation of a Portion of Marlborough Road (NTE $12,000) – Awards a Professional Services Contract to Brinkerhoff Environmental Services, Inc., 1805 Atlantic Avenue, Manasquan, NJ. The required Pay to Play forms have been filed with the Village Clerk’s Office.
20-217 Authorize Shared Services Agreement – Snowplowing Services (Bergen County) - Authorizes the first year of a
two-year Agreement for snow plowing with Bergen County for 2020-2021, whereby the Village plows County roads, and is reimbursed for same by the County
20-218 Authorize Refund and Cancellation of Taxes for Disabled Veteran - Block 2905, Lot 27 – Authorizes the Tax Collector to cancel property taxes paid on and after January 29, 2020, to a 100% disabled Veteran who has filed proof of his disability with the Tax Assessor. Also authorizes the Tax Collector to provide for a refund of such property taxes already paid on and after January 29, 2020 which amount is $4,692.73. The total for year 2020 is based on an estimated tax rate and amounts to $11,677.66.
20-219 Declare Property Surplus – Tub Grinder Conveyer Belt – Declares the sections of the conveyor belt for the former tub grinder surplus property and authorizes the Village Manager to dispose of said property
20-220 Endorse 2021 NJDOT Municipal Aid Grant Application – Resurfacing of Prospect Street – Authorizes the Village Manager to submit the electronic grant application for Prospect Street Resurfacing to the NJ Department of Transportation. Also authorizes the Village Manager to execute the grant agreement.
20-221 Appoint Member to Planning Board – Corrects Resolution #20-195, adopted on July 1, 2020, by appointing Dianne O’Brien as a Class IV regular member of the Planning Board to fill the unexpired term of Joel Torielli, which term will expire on June 30, 2021
20-222 Approve Eagle Scout Project – Approves the Eagle Scout Project of Paul Nasr entitled, Village of Ridgewood Train Station Green Space, for landscaping improvements at the Ridgewood Train Station commuter parking lot entrance
