THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS, NUMBERED 20-275 THROUGH 20-279 ARE TO BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE EACH RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. EACH RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:

20-275     Award Professional Services Contract – Professional                  Engineering Services – Administration of Booster                     Station Construction (NTE $45,000) – Awards a                        Professional Services Contract to Great Meadows Design               Group, LLC, 24 Far View Road, Great Meadows, NJ. The                 required Pay to Play forms have been filed with the                  Village Clerk’s Office.

20-276     Award Contract Under State Contract – Ford XL Super                  Duty F350 Chassis (NTE $35,496.52) – Awards a contract               under State Contract to Route 23 Automall, 1301 Route 23,            Butler, NJ

20-277     Award Contract Under State Contract – Ford XL Super Duty             F350 Truck Body (NTE $13,413) – Awards a contract under              State Contract to Cliffside Body Corporation, 130 Broad              Avenue, Fairview, NJ

20-278     Award Contract Under State Contract – Ford XL Super                  Duty F350 Chassis (NTE $36,017.52) – Awards a contract               under State Contract to Route 23 Automall, 1301 Route 23,            Butler, NJ

5.   ORDINANCES – INTRODUCTION

a.   3814 – Bond Ordinance – Sanitation Truck Body and Chassis ($215,000) – Appropriates these funds to purchase a sanitation          truck body and chassis

20-280     Award Contract – Vehicle Defeating Barriers (NTE $43,986)            – Awards a contract to the lowest responsible quote from             RamCatch, Inc., 1033 Western Boulevard, Arlington, TX

20-281     Authorize Extension of “Grab and Go” Parking Spaces Pilot            Program – Authorizes an extension of the “Grab and Go”               Parking Spaces Pilot Program from October 9 through                  November 7, 2020. The price is $75/week/space for a total            of $300/space for the extended timeframe.

20-282     Relax Parking Regulations for Station Plaza (Train                   Station) Parking Lot – Allows all vehicles to be parked              in the Station Plaza parking lot, without a Ridgewood              resident sticker. The vehicle driver must pay by                    ParkMobile, at the kiosk or display a Ridgewood Parking            Permit for the time desired during the times that payment              is required in this parking lot.

20-283     Authorize Continuation of Welcome Back to Ridgewood, NJ              Pedestrian Plaza – Authorizes the Welcome Back to                    Ridgewood, NJ event to be continued

20-284     Appoint Member to Central Business District Advisory                 Committee – Appoints Robert Delcalzo to a term that shall            expire on 6/30/2022

20-285     Appoint Members to Green Ridgewood Committee – Appoints              Beth Creller to the unexpired term of Anthea Zito, which             term shall expire on 12/31/2020

20-286     Appoint Members to Ridgewood Green Team – Appoints Anthea            Zito to a term that shall expire on 12/31/2022; and                  Anthony Mauriello and Diala Pharaon to terms that shall           expire on 12/31/2021

20-287     Appoint Members to Ridgewood Shade Tree Commission - Appoints Justin Halwagy and Mahmoud Hamza as regular members for five-year terms, which shall expire on December 31, 2024;

20-288     Appoint Members to Ridgewood Arts Council – Appoints Marc Cantor and Karen Orlin to one-year terms that shall expire on 6/30/2021

20-289     Appoint Member to Open Space Committee – Appoints Fred Jubitz to a term that shall expire on 12/31/2020

20-290     Appoint Member to Kasschau Memorial Shell Committee – Appoints Leigh Warren to a term that shall expire on 12/31/2023

20-291     Appoint Members to Planning Board – Appoints Darlene  Johnson as Alternate #1 to a term that shall expire on 6/30/2022 and Igor Lyubarskiy as Alternate #2 to a term that shall expire on 6/30/2021

20-292     Appoint Members to Zoning Board of Adjustment – Appoints Michael Pickholz as Alternate #2 to a term that shall expire on 6/30/2022
