     ORDINANCE #3853 – Amend Chapter 212 – Parks and Recreation   Areas – Rules and Regulations for Tennis and Pickleball

5.   RESOLUTION

THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION, NUMBERED 21-71, WILL BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL.  THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE THE RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA.  THE RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:

21-71     Authorize Issuance of Special Emergency Notes –                   Authorizes the issuance of Special Emergency Notes in             an amount equal to the Special Emergency Appropriation               made for COVID-19 expenses
