by a posting on the bulletin board in Village Hall,
by mail to the Ridgewood News, The Record, and by submission to all persons entitled to same as provided by law of a schedule including the date and time of this meeting."
3. ORDINANCES
a. INTRODUCTION – 3867 – Amend Salary Ordinances – Amends
non-union salary ordinances to reflect the stipend being paid to the Deputy Village Clerk for additional duties taken on in the Village Clerk’s Office while the Village Clerk is also serving as the Village Manager
b. PUBLIC HEARING – 3866 – Salary Ordinance Amendments
c. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING - 3861 – Amend Ordinance Chapter 145 – Fees – Water Service Connection Fees
d. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING - 3862 – Amend Chapter 244-13, Article IV – Tobacco, Cannabis, and Electronic Vapor Substance Inhalation Shops
4. RESOLUTIONS
THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS, NUMBERED 21-196 THROUGH 21-198 ARE TO BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE EACH RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. EACH RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:
21-196 Award Contract Under Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing – Packer Truck (NTE $284,872.56) – Awards a contract under Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program to Gabrielli Trucking, 80 Green Pond Road, Rockaway, NJ
21-197 Annual Renewal of Liquor License – Authorizes the annual renewal of the liquor license for Ridgewood Food, LLC, t/a Green Way Markets, for the license period of 7/1/2021 – 6/30/2022
21-198 Accept Donation – Personal Protective Equipment – Accepts the donation of personal protective equipment from Randy Swickle, President of Preferred Plastics and Packaging of Lyndhurst, NJ, valued at $17,046. Mr. Swickle does not have any applications before any Village boards or departments at this time.
