THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS, NUMBERED 22-237 THROUGH 22-241 ARE TO BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE EACH RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. EACH RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:
22-237 Award Professional Services Contract – Village Planner (NTE $85,000) – Awards a fair and open contract to John Barree, M. McKinley Mertz, and Heyer, Gruel & Associates, 236 Broad Street, Red Bank, NJ. The required Pay to Play forms have been submitted to the Village Clerk’s Office, as required by law.
22-238 Title 59 Approval – Restoration and Rehabilitation of Zabriskie-Schedler House – Approves the plans and specifications for Phase II: Restoration and Rehabilitation Zabriskie-Schedler House, 460 West Saddle River Road, prepared by Connolly & Hickey Historical Architects, LLC and Ridgewood Division of Engineering, pursuant to Title 59
22-239 Award Contract – Restoration of Zabriskie-Schedler House (NTE $759,275) – Awards a contract to the lowest responsible, pre-qualified bidder, Dell-Tech, Inc., 930 New York Avenue, Trenton, NJ
22-240 Temporarily Suspend Processing of Applications for Batting Cages and Other Sport Oriented Activities in Residential Zones – Temporarily suspends the processing and permitting of applications for batting cages and other sport oriented activities in residential zones, for four months or until the Village adopts new regulations by ordinance. This is to allow neighbors to have quiet enjoyment of their properties.
22-241 Urge State Legislature to Support A-3804 and S-330 - Restore the Energy Tax Receipts to Municipalities – Urges the NJ State Legislature and Governor Murphy to support bills restoring the Energy Tax Receipts to municipalities, over a five-year period
