2.  Statement of Compliance with the Open Public Meeting Act

    MAYOR: "Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided

           by a posting on the bulletin board in Village Hall,

           by mail to the Ridgewood News, The Record, and by                 submission to all persons entitled to same as provided                 by law of a schedule including the date and time of              this meeting."

6.   ORDINANCES – INTRODUCTION

a.      #3932 – Bond Ordinance – Acquisition of Energy Systems               ($515,000) – Appropriates this money for the                  acquisition of waste to energy and photovoltaic                 energy systems

b.      #3933 – PBA and PBA Superiors Salary Ordinance - Provides for    salary increases for PBA and PBA Superiors Union             employees as follows: 2022 – 3%; 2023 – 3%; 2024 –            2.75%; 2025 – 2.5%

7.   RESOLUTION

THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION, NUMBERED 22-381, WILL BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE THE RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. THE RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:

22-381    Authorize Emergency Appropriation – Acquisition of                 Energy Systems ($515,000) – Authorizes this Emergency             Appropriation for the acquisition of waste to energy               and photovoltaic energy systems
