THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS, NUMBERED 23-57 THROUGH 23-61 ARE TO BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE EACH RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. EACH RESOLUTION WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:

23-57     Correction to Resolution #23-18 - Award Contract –                     Distribution Water Main Rehabilitation and Replacement                at Utility Right of Way - Nauset Lane, Ridgewood and             Lakeview Transfer Station, Wyckoff (NTE $2,882,576) –                Corrects the address of the lowest responsible bidder,            so that the vendor can be paid. Therefore, the contract               is awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, Conquest

          Construction, Inc., 450 South River Street, Hackensack,            NJ.

23-58     Endorse Community Development Block Grant – SHARE, Inc.            – Reintegration into the Community Program - Confirms              the endorsement of a $14,880 Community Development                    Block grant. This resolution does not obligate the                   financial resources of the Village but will expedite             the expenditure of Community Development funds.

23-59     Appoint Members to Historic Preservation Commission –              Appoints Tess Guiliani as a Class A Member, to fill the              unexpired term of Dianne O’Brien, which expires on                     12/31/24; Lynne Brady as a Class A Member to fill the              unexpired term of Michael Stern, which expires on                     12/31/25; and Stacey Tsapatsaris as a Class C Member to               a four-year term which expires on 12/31/26

23-60     Appoint Members to Parks, Recreation and Conservation              Board – Appoints David Sayles and James Morgan to terms              which expire on 12/31/25

23-61     Appoint Member to Project Pride – Appoints Jeanne                     Johnson to Project Pride
