4. RESOLUTIONS
THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS, NUMBERED 23-151 THROUGH 23-153, WILL BE ADOPTED BY A CONSENT AGENDA, WITH ONE VOTE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. THERE IS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION BESIDE EACH RESOLUTION TO BE CONSIDERED ON THE CONSENT AGENDA. THE RESOLUTIONS WILL BE READ BY TITLE ONLY:
23-151 Award Contract – Disposal of Ground Yard Waste and Grass Clippings – Lakeview Compost Facility
(NTE $24/cubic yard, $75,000 total) – Awards a contract to RVH Mulch Supply, LLC, 455 West Main Street, Wyckoff, NJ, which is a qualified “end user” of recyclable materials for the recycling and disposal of collected yard waste and grass clippings
23-152 Award Contract – Disposal of Recyclable Materials
(NTE $120,000) – Awards the second optional year contract to Atlantic Coast Recycling, LLC, 101 7th Street, Passaic, NJ. This resolution also indicates the name change of the vendor, from Atlantic Coast Fibers, LLC to Atlantic Coast Recycling, LLC.
23-153 Authorize Execution of Document – Treatment Works Approval – Prospect PFAS Treatment Facility – Authorizes Christopher Rutishauser, Director of Public Works/Village Engineer to execute the Treatment Works Approval applications on behalf of the Village of Ridgewood, for the discharge from the Prospect PFAS Treatment Facility
