23-185    Award Contract – Construction of Prospect PFAS Treatment Facility (NTE $9,416,000) – Awards a contract to the lowest responsible bidder, CMS Construction, Inc., 521 North Avenue, Plainfield, NJ

23-186    Designate Village Engineer to Execute Treatment Works Approval – Ridgewood Water – Authorizes and designates Christopher Rutishauser, the Director of Public Works/Village Engineer, to execute all necessary Treatment Works Approvals for Granular Activated Carbon discharges from Ridgewood Water’s well facilities
