INTRODUCTION - #3961 – Amend Chapter 3 - Administration of Government - Reorganization of Village Council - Amends this chapter to state how the Mayor, Deputy Mayor and President Pro Tempore are all elected by the Councilmembers at the Reorganization Meeting, to be held in January, now that the Municipal Election is held in November, instead of in May
b. PUBLIC HEARING - #3959 – Amend Chapter 265 – Vehicles and Traffic – 15 Minute Parking Meters – Chestnut Street Parking Lot

23-236 Rescind and Replace Resolution #23-215 – Increase Hours for Social Worker – Rescinds Resolution #23-215 and replaces it with this resolution, which indicates funding for both 2023 and 2024, since the grant is a fiscal year grant
23-237 Rescind and Replace Resolution #23-216 – Award Professional Services Contract – Grant Management Services – Health Department – Rescinds Resolution #23-216 and replaces it with this resolution which indicates funding for both 2023 and 2024, since the grant is a fiscal year grant
23-238 Award Contract Under Educational Services of New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Contract – Gas Utility Vehicle –Parks Department (NTE $36,494.38) – Awards a contract under Education Services of NJ Cooperative Purchasing Contract to Storr Tractor Company, 3191 Route 22, Branchburg, NJ
23-239 Authorize Membership in Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – Buy Board National Purchasing Cooperative – Authorizes the Village of Ridgewood to join the Buy Board National Purchasing Cooperative and authorizes the Village Manager to execute any and all membership agreements. In addition, authorizes the Village Engineer to act as the coordinator for the Village.
23-240 Rescind and Replace Resolution #22-286 – Award Contract Under Buy Board National Purchasing Cooperative – 2023 OSAGE Ambulance (NTE $232,931) - Rescinds Resolution #22-286 and replaces it with this resolution, that awards a contract under Buy Board National Purchasing Cooperative to J. Yurick’s Emergency Equipment and Ambulance Sales, 922 Main Street, Sheppton, PA
23-241 Authorize Execution of Sublease to Bohler Engineering NJ’s Lease – Pease Building – Authorizes the subleasing of a limited portion of Bohler Engineering, NJ’s leased space, approximately one work station, to Whitestone Associates, Inc., 30 Independence Boulevard, Suite 250, Warren, NJ. Also authorizes the Mayor and Village Clerk to execute the Sublease Agreement with Bohler and Whitestone.
23-242 Authorize Eagle Scout Project – Improvements to Social Services Building at Ridgewood Train Station – Authorizes the Eagle Scout project, proposed by Jason Groehnert, to paint and freshen up the Social Services Building. This project will be subject to any conditions required by the State Historic Preservation Office.
23-243 Award Contract Under Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract – Hook Lift Multi-Function Truck – Streets Division (NTE $387,578.55) – Awards a contract under Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract to Gabrielli Kenworth of New Jersey, LLC, 239 Bergen Turnpike, Ridgefield Park, NJ
23-244 Title 59 Approval – Resurfacing of North Monroe Street - Approves the plans and specifications for NJDOT Municipal Aid 2022 North Monroe Street Resurfacing in the Village of Ridgewood, prepared by the Ridgewood Engineering Division, pursuant to Title 59
23-245 Award of Contract – Award of Contract – Resurfacing of North Monroe Street (NTE $387,075.76) – Awards a contract to the lowest responsible bidder, American Asphalt and Trucking, LLC, 818 Summer Avenue, Newark, NJ
