This resolution is necessary due to the fact that the purchases will exceed $17,500.
16-51 Award Extraordinary, Unspecifiable Contract – Sanitary Sewer Repair – 386 Highview Terrace (NTE $5,755.50) – Awards an extraordinary, unspecifiable contract to ConQuest Construction, Inc., 20 Carver Avenue, Westwood, NJ
16-52 Award Emergency Contract – Polyphosphate Pumps ($97,811.64) – Awards an emergency contract to David Heiner Associates, P.O. Box 6016, Parsippany, NJ
16-53 Authorize Membership in National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) and Award Contract – Upgrade of Village Hall Security System (NTE $4,314.30) – Authorizes the Director of Public Works to register the Village with the NCPA so that the Village can utilize their vendors and also awards a contract, through the NCPA, with SecureWatch 24, LLC, One Penn Plaza, Suite 4000, New York, NY
16-54 Approve Shared Services Agreement – Child Health Clinic (Glen Rock) – Authorizes a Shared Services Agreement for the Child Health Clinic. The Borough of Glen Rock and the Village of Ridgewood will each pay half of the cost, in an amount not to exceed $3,800 total or $1,900 each.
16-55 Approve Budget Reserve Transfers - Resolution which transfers money in the 2015 budget from departments which have excess funds to those departments which do not have adequate funds
16-56 Authorize Temporary Capital Budget – Road Resurfacing – This allows the Village to approve the capital project for Road Resurfacing prior to adopting the permanent 2016 Capital Budget
16-57 Approve Revisions to Field Policy – Approves the revisions made to the Field Policy by the Field Committee of the Village, which have been approved by the Ridgewood Board of Education
16-58 Appoint Members to Citizens Safety Advisory Committee – Appoints Charles DiMarco, Joyce Docktor, Robert Fuhrman, Barbara Sacks, Jane Shinozuka, Martin Walker, Sheila Brogan, Board of Education, Christopher Rutishauser, Village Engineer or designee and Police Chief John Ward or designee to terms that will expire on 12/31/17
16-59 Appoint Members to Open Space, Recreation, Farmland and Historic Preservation Committee – Appoints Kevin Reilly (Planning Board); Robert Lasky (Field Committee); Timothy Cronin (Director of Parks and Recreation); and resident members Ralph Currey, and James Bostler to terms which will expire 12/31/16
16-60 Appoint Member to Ridgewood Arts Council – Appoints Jane Shinozuka to a term that expires on 6/30/16
16-61 Appoint Members to Parks, Recreation and Conservation Board – Appoints Louis Lembo and Maribeth Lane to three-year terms which will expire on 12/31/18
16-62 Appoint Members to Historic Preservation Commission – Appoints Tony Damiano and Tess Giulani as Class A members to 4-year terms expiring 12/31/19; Vincent Parillo as a Class B member to a 4-year term expiring 12/31/19; and Isabella Altano as a Class C Alternate Member to a 2-year term expiring 12/31/17
