           by a posting on the bulletin board in Village Hall,

           by mail to the Ridgewood News, The Record, and by                 submission to all persons entitled to same as provided              by law of a schedule including the date and time of                this meeting."

a.   INTRODUCTION - #3521 - Bond Ordinance – Construction of                           Hudson Street Parking Deck ($11,500,000) –                       Appropriates this money for the                                   construction of the Hudson Street parking                          deck

b.   INTRODUCTION - #3522 – Rescind Ordinance #3519 – Leasing                          Agreement with the Bergen County Improvement                          Authority – Rescinds Ordinance #3519, which                       was previously adopted by the Village Council                 on January 27, 2016

5.   RESOLUTIONS

16-71          Appoint Member to Citizens Safety Advisory Committee –             Appoints Anastasia Bamberg as a regular member to a term         that will expire 12/31/17

16-72          Authorize Temporary Parking Capital Budget – Authorizes            a Temporary Parking Capital Budget for the Construction                of the Hudson Street Parking Deck, because the                    permanent Parking Capital Budget has not yet been                  adopted
