What is Long COVID? Workshop June 22nd, 2023

What is Long COVID?  Join Valley Health System, the Ridgewood Health Department and community partners on Thursday, June 22nd at 10:30-11:30 AM for an educational workshop on Long COVID!  Presenters include Susan Breithaupt, LCSW Health Educator, Social Worker and Rachelle Morales, MSN, RN-BC, CTN-A, Community Health Nurse Educator.  This workshop will be held at the Annie Zusy Youth Lounge in Ridgewood (131 N. Maple Ave). Lunch will be provided.
