In accordance with the provisions of the "Open Public Meetings Act," please be advised that the PLANNING BOARD public meeting and work session for TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2019, in the VILLAGE HALL COURT ROOM, 4th Floor, 131 NORTH MAPLE AVENUE, RIDGEWOOD, NJ beginning at 7:30 p.m. has been canceled.

 

The next regular meeting will be held on DECEMBER 17, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the Village Hall Courtroom, 4th Floor, 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ.

Please note: A curfew of 11:00 PM is strictly adhered to by the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Village of Ridgewood. No new matter involving an Applicant will be started after 10:30 PM. At 10:00 PM the Chairman will make a determination and advise Applicants as to whether they will be heard. If an Applicant cannot be heard because of the lateness of the hour, the matter will be carried over to a future meeting to be determined by the Board at 10:00

NNAEMEKA & MORYKA ANADU – An application to permit the construction of two window dormer additions to the attic which will result in a building height of 39 feet, where 30 feet is permitted; a front yard setback of 35.2 feet, where 40 feet is required; a side yard setback of 8.2 feet, where 26 feet is required; and gross building area of 38.5%/4,347 square feet, where 32%/3,616.3 square feet is permitted at 155 Highland Avenue, Block 2503, Lot 18, in an R-1 Zone. JAMES TRIPP – An application to permit the replacement of an existing rock wall with a block wall in the same location which will exceed the permitted height and install a 4-foot fence on top of the wall, which will exceed the maximum permitted height at 33 Bryden Place, Block 1905, Lot 4 in an R-2 Zone.
