- CBD and Residential street tree Fall planting update. Watering, etc. (Declan, 10 minutes)

- Adopt-a-Sapling update (Adam, Nancy B-H, 15 minutes)

- Tree Ordinance update (George, 10 minutes)

- Shade Tree proposed 2024 Capital Budget (Carolyn, Declan, Matt, 10 minutes)

- Trifold brochure update. Tree planting and/or Donation letter (Tim, Siobhan, 10 minutes)

- “Champion” trees. Proposed project to identify largest/most significant trees throughout the Village (Carolyn, 10 minutes)
