Persons other than Council members may be permitted to address the Council in the proper order of business. A person present may, upon recognition by the Chair, be heard either upon ordinances upon second reading or at the time of petitions and oral communications from the public and at such other times as the Council may, by majority vote of those present, specifically permit. No person shall address any remark or question to any specific Council member, nor shall any person be permitted to address the Chair while a motion is pending. 20-101 Award Contract Under State Contract –     Maintenance of Chlorine, pH and Phosphate    Analyzers, Replacement of Supplies and Repair   (NTE $65,000) – Awards a contract under State   Contract to Hach Company, 5600 Lindbergh    Drive, Loveland, CO

20-102 Authorize Change Order – Infrared Asphalt    Surface Repair, Asphalt Trenching Repair,    Curb and Sidewalk Repair in Various Locations   (NTE $150,000) – Authorizes a change order to   the original vendor, J. Fletcher Creamer and    Sons, Inc., 101 East Broadway, Hackensack,    NJ. This change order is necessary due to a    lead/iron service line inventory which     requires thousands of small holes to be     drilled in the streets, to determine material   types, and three water main replacements    which will require infrared asphalt service    repair, as these jobs are completed.

20-103 Authorize Execution of Water System     Interconnection Agreement – Borough of     Allendale – Authorizes the Mayor and Village    Manager to sign an Agreement with the Borough   of Allendale for an emergency interconnection   between both municipalities’ Water      Departments

20-104 Declare Property Surplus – Two Ford Transits    – Declares two 2012 Ford Transits owned by    Ridgewood Water surplus property, and    authorizes and directs the Village Manager to   dispose of said property by an on-line     auction through Municibid

20-105 Award Professional Services Contract –     Hydrogeologic Consulting Services (NTE     $167,500) – Awards the second year of a

two-year Professional Services Contract to    WSP, USA, 600 East Crescent Avenue, Suite    200, Upper Saddle River, NJ. The required Pay   to Play forms have been filed with the     Village Clerk’s Office.
