Motion to approve - all in favor.
- Public Comment
No public comment.
N. Bigos – requested a discussion to delay the opening of Citizens Park and Vets Field due to the fields getting overseeded. The Parks department would like the fields to take hold of the seeding. If this doesn’t happen Citizens will be mud and dirt.
E. Seavers – both fields need to be looked at differently. Citizens is one location and easier, stopped using early so seeding could be done. Also, the heavy wear area is more on soccer field, not baseball field. Vets is a bigger field and will have more of an impact for practices and games.
K. Cook – the first week of April would be a challenge to move around.
R. Brooks – N. Bigos’ meeting is on February 15th, members of the Fields Committee were encouraged to go in support.
- COVID Guidelines
K. Cook – numbers continue to look stable, going down. No changes as of mask wearing.
- Spring Field Schedule - DRAFT
K. Cook – will look at this week and come up with 2 preliminary drafts.
- Field Scheduling App - Update
Z. Pace – as a meeting tomorrow with Community Pass, after this meeting he should have a good idea of timeline and budget.
- Fields Rep to Open Space Committee
N. Bigos – the Open Space Committee has been re-organized. Focused on the Open Space Master Plan.
B. Lasky – will continue as the liason for the Open Space Committee.
