Field Meeting

December 6  Attendees:  K. Cook, R. Brooks, P. Thomas, E. Seavers, S. Cox, N. Bigos,

I.                        Approval of Minutes – November 1, 2022

II.                        Public Comment

III.                        Field Scheduling/Master Library/BOE

K. Cook – will set up a meeting with the BOE and Village to observe Master Library and learn the variables for potential use in field and facility scheduling within the Village.

IV.                        BOE Scheduling Policy – Update

K. Cook – reminded all youth sport groups to fill in the google document that was emailed out in order to update administrative contacts and facility/field needs.

V.                        Fall Equipment Storage

K. Cook – make sure knack boxes are secure.

N. Bigos – need to take inventory and maintenance of knack boxes.

VI.                        Winter Gymnasium Schedule

P. Thomas – having trouble with Gym 3 on Thursday’s Gym 1 on Friday’s. Not able to schedule January and February.

K. Cook – will look into this.

VII.                        Field Policy Revision for Lighting

K. Cook – this is good for now, no need to change.

E. Seavers – met last week and Jeff is going to make some changes and send out before the next Fields committee meeting.

VIII.                        New Business

No new business
