      16-311    Authorize Application for Bergen County                      Historic Preservation Trust Fund Grant –               Zabriskie-Schedler House Stabilization –                     Authorizes an application for a Bergen County      Historic Preservation Trust Fund grant for                stabilization of the Zabriskie-Schedler house           which includes replacement of the roof,                 making structural repairs, remediating                    interior mold, and abating asbestos. This              grant is a dollar for dollar match, with a           total cost for this project estimated at                $233,450.

      16-312    Authorize Open Space Master Plan Survey                 ($1,200) – Authorizes this expenditure for           the Open Space Committee to conduct a random                survey of Village residents concerning open           space matters for the future, which will                assist in updating the Village’s Open Space               Master Plan

      16-313    Chapter 159 – Accept FEMA Hazard Mitigation          Grant for Generator Project – Approves the              insertion of a special item of revenue into              the 2016 budget for U.S. Department of                  Homeland Security-Hazard Mitigation Grant-        Critical Facilities Generator Project in the              amount of $75,000 and that a like sum be             appropriated in the 2016 budget for               Operations Excluded from CAPS-Public and          Private Appropriations Offset by Revenues,           Other Expense in the amount of $75,000

      16-314    Change in Title and Text – Matching Funds for           FEMA Grant – Requests the Director of the                 Division of Local Government Services to make      the following correction in the 2016 budget:                 From: Property Maintenance Department-Other                 Expense-$2,299 To: Matching Funds for Grants:           Local Share – U.S. Department of Homeland              Security Hazard Mitigation Grant Critical                 Facilities Generator Project-$2,299. This                 will provide matching funds for a grant                      received for the purchase of generators.

      16-317    Approve Traffic Calming Proposal – Bogert                 Avenue and Cambridge Road – Approves the                 traffic calming proposal of white edge line            striping near the curb lines, along the                      curved portions of Bogert Avenue and                      Cambridge Road, in order to improve motorist           awareness of pedestrians in this area. This            is adopted pursuant to Title 59.

      16-318    Reaffirm Process for Tax Appeals – Confirms                 the current process used by the Village for             Tax Appeals

      16-319    Reaffirm Process for Monitoring Compliance                 with Terms for Payments in Lieu of Taxes                 (PILOT) Agreements – Confirms the current              process used by the Village for monitoring                compliance with terms for Payments in Lieu of      Taxes (PILOT) agreements

      16-320    Authorize Settlement of Claim – PSE&G                      ($6,970.14) – Authorizes a settlement of                claim with PSE&G for replacement of a PSE&G              pole and wiring damaged by a Village vehicle

      16-321    Establish Village-Owned Park Lighting Policy                 for Properties Near Residential Properties –                Establishes a lighting policy for Village-                owned park properties, within fifty feet of              residential properties, that all non-sensor               lights shall be turned off one hour after                sunset or one hour after regularly scheduled           activities, unless otherwise authorized by             Village Council resolution

      16-322    Establish Stigma-Free Task Force Advisory           Committee – Establishes a Stigma-Free Task                 Force Advisory Committee to work with the                 Village Council, Village Staff, Residents,                Healthcare Professionals and other                      stakeholders to facilitate various efforts                 supportive of Stigma-Free program                       initiatives. The members of the Stigma-Free                 Task Force Advisory Committee and terms of              the members are also established in this                 resolution.
