17-239 Declare Police 2005 Ford Crown Victoria Surplus Property - Declares this Police vehicle surplus property and authorizes the Village Manager to dispose of it
17-240 Authorize Execution of Lease Extensions – Cell Tower at Water Pollution Control Facility – Authorizes the Village Manager to execute the lease extensions for the various carriers utilizing the Cellular Communications Tower at the Village’s Water Pollution Control Facility. The revenue from this tower is split with the Borough of Glen Rock.
17-241 Approve Dedication of Memorial Bench on Dunham Trail for Andy Antista – Approves the installation of a memorial bench for Andy Antista, Past President of the Ridgewood Wildscape Association, subject to the approval of the NJ Department of Environmental Protection
17-243 Award Professional Services Contract – Professional Planning Services to Conduct a Study for Redevelopment of the Hudson Street Parking Lot (NTE $2,250) – Awards a Professional Services Contract to Brigette Bogart Planning and Design Professionals LLC, 366 Harvey Court, Wyckoff, NJ
17-244 Authorize Payment of Settlement for Sewer Backup Claim – 115 Bellair Road (NTE $9,226.32) – Authorizes the Village to pay this sewer backup claim for property damage at 115 Bellair Road which was caused by an old sewer main compressing a new lateral, which restricted the flow into the new lateral
17-245 Reject Bids – Central Valet Parking Service – Rejects the bids received for the Central Valet Parking Service which were received on July 11, 2017 due to the fact that the cost exceeds the funding for this project
