This                    additional award is necessary due to additional service materials needed to                    maintain the operability of the distribution system.

16-177    Authorize Contract - Bergen County Open Space Trust Fund Grant Award – Schedler Park                Property – Phase 1 – Authorizes the Village to enter into a contract with the Bergen             County Open Space Trust Fund for the purpose of using a $55,710 matching grant award for             the Schedler Park Property – Phase 1. This grant will be disbursed to the Village up to               50% of the eligible costs incurred (not to exceed the total grant award), only for the              approved park improvements.
